Is MBADesigner only for billing?

No. MBADesigner is a full business suite: POS, invoicing, inventory, purchases, accounts, GST reports, deliveries, loyalty, integrations (UPI, Tally, SMS, e-commerce), and nine business profiles from kirana and pharmacy to restaurant and hotel.

Does it work without an internet connection?

Yes. MBADesigner runs fully offline. All your data is stored on your PC or local server. Internet is only needed for payment gateway integration and online license activation.

Does it support GST billing and compliance?

Yes. GSTR-1, GSTR-2, GSTR-3B reports, HSN-wise sales, e-invoice fields, and GST export are all built in. No separate plugin or module needed.

Which industries are supported?

Can I use it for restaurant or hotel operations?

Yes. Restaurant includes tables, KOT, KDS, Swiggy/Zomato import, recipes, and table reservations. Hotel includes guest folio, rate calendar, housekeeping, OTA import, and night-audit PDF — all in the same license.

Does it integrate with Tally, UPI, and SMS?

Yes. UPI QR and Razorpay/Paytm/PhonePe on POS and invoices, Tally XML bridge, WooCommerce/Shopify sync, SMS via MSG91 or Twilio, and a built-in setup assistant to verify each connection before you go live.

How does the annual license work?

Each license is per user per year at ₹2,999. Pay online with Razorpay and receive your serial key. The software continues to work after expiry but will prompt you to renew.

Can it run on multiple computers in one business?

Yes. Purchase one license per user. Each user activates on their own device. For a team of 3 users, you would purchase 3 licenses (₹8,997/year total).
