License activation
Activate MBADesigner on your PC
After you download or purchase MBADesigner, activate it on your PC with the serial key we send you by email. Choose your business type — grocery, pharmacy, restaurant, hotel, and more — in Settings after activation.
Activation details by email
Your welcome email includes your serial key and the server address to enter in the app. MBADesigner may also pre-fill the server field on first run.
Didn’t receive email? Check spam, or contact sales@mbadesigner.com with your business name.
- Install MBADesigner from the download page (or use your paid installer after purchase).
- Open MBADesigner → go to Activate license (first run) or Settings → License.
- Enter your serial key from the email we sent you.
- Enter the server address from the same email (if the app does not fill it automatically).
- Click Activate — your device is registered (one device per trial license).
Where do I get a serial key?
- Free trial: Submit the download form — you receive a 3-day trial key by email and on screen.
- Online purchase: Pay on the Buy license page (Razorpay) — key is emailed instantly.
- Sales / invoice: Contact sales@mbadesigner.com — we create a license in admin and email your key.
Troubleshooting
- Invalid serial key — check for extra spaces; keys look like
BF-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. - Cannot activate — confirm you copied the serial key and server address exactly from your email; contact support@mbadesigner.com.
- Device limit reached — contact support to clear old devices or upgrade max devices.
- License expired — renew at Buy license or contact sales.
