MBADesigner (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on mbadesigner.com and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Contact and download forms: name, business name, email, phone, industry, and message you submit.
- Purchases: billing details processed by Razorpay; we store order references and license keys on our license server.
- License activation: device identifier and app version when you activate MBADesigner (stored securely for license validation).
- Technical data: IP address and timestamps for spam prevention and server logs.
How we use information
We use your data to provide trial and paid licenses, send activation keys, respond to sales inquiries, improve our product, and prevent abuse. Business data you enter in the desktop app stays on your computer unless you choose to sync or back it up.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We use Hostinger hosting, Razorpay for payments, and our own license server for key management. Email may be sent via our SMTP provider.
Retention
Website inquiries and license records are kept as long as needed for support, billing, and legal compliance. You may request deletion of marketing inquiries by emailing sales@mbadesigner.com.
