By using mbadesigner.com or MBADesigner desktop software you agree to these terms.
License
MBADesigner is licensed per user per year. Each serial key may be used on the number of devices allowed by your license. Trial licenses are time-limited. You may not share, resell, or reverse-engineer the software except as permitted by law.
Payments
Online purchases are processed by Razorpay. Prices are shown in INR. Refunds are handled per our sales policy — contact sales@mbadesigner.com within 7 days of purchase for billing issues.
Data responsibility
You are responsible for backups of your business data in the desktop application. We are not liable for loss of data on your devices.
Service availability
The desktop app works offline. A brief online connection is required for first-time activation and license validation. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Limitation of liability
MBADesigner is provided “as is”. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the preceding 12 months.
